Fellow of the Real Estate Institute
The FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) designation is Canada’s most established real estate designation. Holding the FRI signifies a real estate education that meets and exceeds either Bonnie (sales) or broker licensing requirements PLUS experience that assures a practitioner with knowledge, not just information. FRI members, as with any REIC designated or accredited professional, are governed by the Institute’s Code of Professional Standards.
Canadian Condominium Institute
I specialize in the condominium market, and have been an extremely active member of Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) Atlantic Chapter. The CCI is an independent, non-profit organization formed in 1982 to serve as a central information clearinghouse on condominium issues and activities across the country.
